A week in my life: Nailfies edition

As a press-on nails business owner, what I do is not just for monetary gain but also (and more importantly) for my passion for nails! The art, design, quality - everything about press-on nails excites me but sometimes I have to remind myself to keep the spark alive.

This summer week, I decided to change my LUNA LAB press-on nail set everyday to match my mood and outfit. I had so much fun, here are all my looks + some nail set recommendations for you if you like what you see!

For Mango Monday, I kept it vibrant and playful.

I wanted to start the week off with my freshest nail set: this pastel set with blue, yellow and red hues was the perfect choice. My nails were the perfect bright contrast against a gloomy day and my biker jacket.

For Tangerine Tuesday, I kept it bright and sparkly.

The week started right with an important work event. I would be surrounded by people I admire, so I decided to channel the sparkle and pizzazz that so many LUNA LAB press-on nail sets have. I glammed up my outfit with this bright blue and orange nail set to match my color scheme.

For Wind Down Wednesday, I kept it comfortable yet unique.

This was my first and only day fully spent at home this week. I decided to opt for a simple short nail set that would be easy to manage as I did my errands and went for a run. The Short size press-on nails are perfect for everyday tasks, while still looking cute and playful.

For Teal & Tomato Thursday, I kept it colorful and summer-y.

The sun was pouring on us on Thursday, so I decided to channel summer vibes with my nails too. I opted for some contrast in both color and pattern, and chose to wear a bright color on which the print would stand out. My favorite moment of the day was when I found a ladybug in the grass and she crawled all over my palm!

For Flourish Friday, I kept it simple yet elegant.

As I dressed up for a work conference, I decided to go for a muted, more corporate look for my nails. I opted for these black nails with tan details. They had the contrast details that still make the set interesting, and a color theme that aligned with a professional look.

For Pride Sunshine Sunday, I kept it festive, loud and proud!

Happy Pride! I am so excited to be participating in Pride festivities this weekend. The weather is beautiful and so are the celebrations happening in Toronto this year. To match the excitement and colors, I chose a bright pink and yellow nail set with smileys. I love doing intricate designs on my brightly colored nails to enhance their look, so this set was perfect for a fun Pride weekend!
